Apply the oil in the morning and evening using circular movements and massage the affected area for at least 5 minutes. Use the oil regularly to visibly improve the appearance of the skin. For optimal results, apply the Detox Body Scrub in the shower before applying the oil.
Do not expose the skin to the sun/sunbed for at least 12 hours after application, as the citrus essential oils can cause skin pigmentation.

Bitter Orange Essential Oil
The bitter orange is native to the Far East but is also found in the Mediterranean region, California, Israel and South America. It is an evergreen tree with white, aromatic flowers that can grow to a height of 4.5 to 10 metres. The fruit is not eaten, but the essential oil, which is obtained by pressing the outer, coloured peel, has many valuable properties and reduces fatigue. The refreshing aroma improves your mood and refreshes your perception.
Sweet orange essential oil
The sweet orange tree is native to the Far East, but is also found in the Mediterranean region, Israel, California and South America. The orange tree is an evergreen tree with white, aromatic flowers that can grow up to 10 metres tall. The essential orange oil is obtained by pressing the outer coloured peel. The characteristic aroma of the juicy fruit revitalises and cheers the mind. It helps to improve skin texture and is therefore recommended for the treatment of problem areas.
Bergamot oil
Bergamot is a type of lemon whose aroma is familiar to you if you drink Earl Grey tea. It has a fresh, slightly bitter citrus flavour. Bergamot essential oil invigorates and inspires. It is obtained by pressing the bergamot fruit.
Green mint (garden mint) (Mentha Viridis Oil)
Green mint or garden mint (Latin - Mentha spicata) is a well-known peppermint-like plant with a milder, slightly sweet flavour and has stimulating and nerve-strengthening properties. Spearmint contains less menthol, which is known for its cooling effect. This cooling effect is felt with peppermint essential oil.
Green mint essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the plant and the fresh aroma of the oil immediately provides positive energy and lifts the mood. It effectively combats anxiety, revitalises, tones the skin and strengthens the body. Spearmint essential oil perfectly complements other skin cleansing products as it leaves skin radiant and helps to refresh and revitalise it. When used as a hair care supplement, it promotes hair growth and revitalises the hair.
Lemon essential oil
Lemon is one of the oldest fruits known to us. The first reliable evidence can be found as early as the year 1000, both in China and in the Mediterranean region. Hardly any other fruit contains so much vitamin C. Lemon essential oil, which is extracted from the peel, not only refreshes and revitalises, but also stimulates the cells and helps to firm the skin. For a beautiful and refreshed complexion.
Sweet almond oil
The almond tree has been cultivated and cared for in Asia for thousands of years. Even in ancient times, almond oil was a bestseller in beauty care. Only pure sweet almond oil is free from hydrocyanic acid. Sweet almond oil contains a lot of alpha-tocopherol, which has a strong vitamin E activity and is therefore particularly skin-protective. The oil is quickly absorbed and softens the skin.
Grape seed oil
In the Middle Ages, high-quality, cold-pressed grape seed oil was a popular and highly sought-after oil in high society. It was already considered a "fountain of youth oil" at that time. Now, however, in the 21st century, this excellent skin care oil is once again available to us and has already found its way into cosmetics. Despite its high linoleic acid content, it has the marvellous property of not going rancid quickly. The oil, also known as the "anti-ageing oil of the modern age", has a cell-renewing effect and thus prevents premature ageing.
