Warm a capful of bath and shower oil in the palm of your hand before getting into the bath or shower.
Apply to the torso, shoulders and lower back.
Massage gently into the skin to distribute evenly. Focus on areas that need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.
Hold your cupped hands in front of your face, breathe in and out deeply and then get into the bath or shower.
Then use your usual body cleanser when bathing or showering.
