Popular toppings for acai bowls include cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, any fresh fruits, goji berries, chia seeds, various nuts or muesli. Any type of vegan milk or coconut water is perfect for acai bowls. Of course the wide variation of liquids and toppings on acai bowls can add to the total calorie count. According to the ingredient list, one serving of acai bowl can contain about 300-500 calories.
