Anti-ageing skincare tips for every day

1. daily sun protection

  • Use sun protection: UV rays are one of the main causes of skin ageing. Use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days and in winter.
  • Sun cream as a base: Sunscreen should be the last layer of your morning routine, whether you wear make-up or not.

2. cleansing and moisturising

  • Gentle cleansing: Use a mild cleansing lotion or cream in the morning and evening that doesn't dry out the skin.
