BERRY BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas
- 250g blueberries
- 250g rasberries
- 100g blackberries
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp coconut rasps
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel bananas and cut them in pieces. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Wash blueberries, rasberries and blackberries and put them into a mixer. Mix until it gets a thick consistency. Add water if needed.
- Hook cashew nuts roughly. Put smoothie into a bowl and add berries, nuts and coconut rasps as a topping.
