BERRY BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 250g blueberries
  • 250g rasberries
  • 100g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut rasps  

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel bananas and cut them in pieces. Freeze for at least 3 hours. 
  2. Wash blueberries, rasberries and blackberries and put them into a mixer. Mix until it gets a thick consistency. Add water if needed. 
  3. Hook cashew nuts roughly. Put smoothie into a bowl and add berries, nuts and coconut rasps as a topping.
