
Bircher muesli: Healthy breakfast for every day

Bircher muesli was developed in Switzerland and is pure whole food. It encourages the bodies self-healing power and stimulates the intestine function. Preparing it the day before it’s made up super quick and makes up the perfect foundation for a healthy day.
Ingredients:
- 250g oats (fine)
- 350ml milk (of your choice)
- 50g raisins
- 50g almonds (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 medium-sized apples
- fruit of your choice as topping
Preperation:
- Put oats and all other ingredients - accept apples - into a bowl and stir up well.
- Peel and core apples and mash them up.
- Add mash to oats and other ingredients and stir up again.
- Add honey if needed.
- Leave muesli for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
- Top with fruit before eating.
- If the consistency is too thin or too thick after 3 hours, add oats or milk.
