The story begins in 1999, when Doctor Yann Rougier, a passionate specialist in nutrition and neuroscience, decided to realize a desire, a human impulse, a consciousness, while putting his expertise to good use.

As a young intern, following an interdisciplinary invitation to a famous Boston hospital, he discovered, in the research and nutrition department of applied neurobiology, numerous clinical studies demonstrating the influence of essential nutrients on the fundamental balances of the body and brain (and by extension the nervous, endocrine and immune systems).
