Make sure your skin is clean and dry. It is recommended to shower and exfoliate before use to remove dead skin cells.

Shake the bottle well before use. Use a self-tanning mitt or your hands (be sure to wash them thoroughly afterwards). Apply a small amount of the mousse to the glove or your hand and spread it evenly over the skin. Start in small sections to ensure you work the product in well.

Work the mousse into the skin in circular motions, paying particular attention to areas such as elbows, knees and ankles to achieve an even result. Avoid direct contact with water or other products for at least 4 to 8 hours to allow the tan to set.

Allow the product to dry before dressing. For best results, it is recommended to apply the product at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.

After the tanning process, you can continue to care for your skin as usual, but avoid products with alcohol or strong exfoliating ingredients.

For optimal results, you can repeat the application every few days to maintain the tan.
