Clean and dry your forehead before use. Cut open one of the pouches and remove the plaster - use it immediately.
Remove part of the clear protective film to expose the adhesive gel area. Carefully apply the gel plaster to the forehead while peeling off the protective film.
Leave it on your forehead for up to 8 hours!
Remove it, dispose of it and replace it with a new plaster if necessary!
