Apply the powder to dry hair. Fill the small end of the brush with powder. Pull the hair smooth and tight against the head with your free hand and press the brush firmly into the roots of the hair, starting at the scalp and working outwards. Do not make any stroking movements. Apply more powder if necessary. To lengthen strands, use the side edge of the small brush. Tap off excess powder lightly with the wide end of the brush.
